I am a teaching assistant from Devon thinking about doing a GTP. Been seaching around on the net for any information, the whole process is still a little confusing to me. I would rather be teaching as I gain teacher status rather than just doing a PGCE and am commited to finding out everything I can about the graduate training programme.
